The Pomegranate Pyjamas are a classic pyjama with simplified details for mini people. The top features a notched collar, button front and chest pocket, while the bottoms are straight legged with an elasticated waist for comfort. Best sewn in breathable cottons, the Pomegranate Pyjamas are an Advanced Beginner/Intermediate level pattern, although a beginner could confidently sew up the bottoms. Perfect for Christmas gifting!
Sewing Level
The Pomegranate Pyjamas is an advanced beginner level sewing pattern and the perfect first kids clothes project!
Fabric Suggestions
We recommend light to medium weight woven fabrics such as viscose, cotton lawn, cotton poplin, or quilting cottons.
You will also need some 2cm wide elastic, 5 x 8-15mm buttons, thread and a hand sewing needle.
Fabric Requirements
The Pomegranate Pyjamas is designed for toddlers and children from 18 months to 6 years. See the chart for details on fabric requirements.
Like all our patterns, the sizes are nested to make it easier to grade between the sizes, depending on the child’s measurements.
