Garment Class :: The Fiore Skirt
Our Garment Classes are all about making classic garments that build your sewing skills and your wardrobe at the same time!
- Pre-requisite: You have completed our Beginner Series, or have equivalent sewing experience.
- Project: The Fiore Skirt from Closet Core. You will choose one of three views to make in class.
- Materials needed: (pattern included with class registration)
- fabric and notions, as noted in the pattern.
- Swedish Tracing Paper
- Universal machine needles, appropriate size for your fabric
- 100% polyester all-purpose thread
- Prep-work: Pattern traced in your size, and fabric washed and dried. Visit the shop for advice on your fabric!
- Skills learned (depending on the view you choose): sewing a fitted waist band; in-seam and patch pocket construction; installing buttons and button-holes; installing an invisible zipper; hemming.

Classes are for adults 18+
Cancellation Policy : Registrations are non-refundable; no refunds will be given. Any cancellations or changes to your registration must be done at least 72 hours prior to the class start date in order to be issued a class credit. Cancellations that are made less than 72 hours before the class start date and students who do not show up to class will forfeit their registration payment. By continuing with class registration, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
