Sierra Tote & Bin
Time to get organized! The Sierra Tote & Bin is a perfect bag to help organize your sewing projects. Make one of your own (either the tote or bin style) in our one session class!
- Pre-requisite: You have completed our Beginner Series, or have equivalent sewing experience, and have some experience with bag making.
- Project: The Sierra Tote & Bin from Indigo Bird
- Materials needed:
- pattern (included with class registration - pick up at the shop when you come to shop for supplies!)
- 3/4 yard of medium to heavy weight woven fabric for bag outside
- 3/4 yard of quilting cotton for bag lining
- 1 1/2 yard medium weight interfacing (like Pellon 809)
- 1 yard of 1" wide cotton webbing
- matching thread
- universal sewing machine needles, an appropriate size for your fabric
- Prep-work: You will need to come to class with your fabric and interfacing cut out
- Skills learned: applying fusible interfacing; basic bag construction

Classes are for adults 18+
Cancellation Policy : Registrations are non-refundable; no refunds will be given. Any cancellations or changes to your registration must be done at least 72 hours prior to the class start date in order to be issued a class credit. Cancellations that are made less than 72 hours before the class start date and students who do not show up to class will forfeit their registration payment. By continuing with class registration, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
