Our Garment Series is all about making classic garments that build your sewing skills and your wardrobe at the same time. 

• Pre-requisite: You have completed our Beginner Series, or have equivalent sewing experience.
• Project: The Yanaka Jacket from Liesl & Co
• Materials needed: (pattern included with class registration) 
  • fabric and notions, as noted in the pattern
  • machine needles appropriate for your fabric
  • matching thread (all purpose 100% polyester)
  • Swedish Tracing paper
• Prep-work: pattern traced in your size, and fabric washed and dried. 
• Skills learned: accurately cutting fabric, jacket construction, bias finishing

This class will focus on construction. If you require fitting help, we recommend a private lesson before class begins.
