Tools & Techniques :: Visible Mending
We all have favorite, well-worn garments we don't want to say goodbye to. With our three hour class on visible mending, you won't have to!
- Pre-requisite: none; hand sewing experience useful but not required.
- Project: samples to practice hand mending techniques; if time permits you may work on your own garments
- Materials needed: all materials provided in class
- Prep work: bring garments to class you would like to mend using this technique
- Skills learned: mending techniques for the most common wear & tear on garments; plus ways to make your mends beautiful and eye-catching, including Sashiko embroidery techniques.

Classes are for adults 18+
Cancellation Policy : Registrations are non-refundable; no refunds will be given. Any cancellations or changes to your registration must be done at least 72 hours prior to the class start date in order to be issued a class credit. Cancellations that are made less than 72 hours before the class start date and students who do not show up to class will forfeit their registration payment. By continuing with class registration, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
