• Pre-requisite: Beginner Series Part Two :: The Stitch Tote or equivalent sewing experience. 
• Project: The Upgraded Stitch Tote Bag, a fully lined tote with self-made straps, a zippered top, an interior zipper pocket, and a flat exterior pocket. 
• Materials needed (pattern included with class purchase):  
  • 1/2 yard woven fabric for outside of bag
  • 1/2 yard woven fabric for bag lining
  • 1/4 yard woven fabric for each pocket
  • 3/8 yard woven fabric for the straps
  • 1/2 yard fusible fleece interfacing (Pellon 987F)
  • 2 yard lightweight woven interfacing (Pellon SF101)
  • matching thread (100% polyester all-purpose thread)
  • universal machine sewing needles the appropriate size for your fabric
• Prep work: You will need to come to class with your bag fabrics and interfacings cut out and fused together
• Skills learned: making fabric straps; inserting a welt zipper pocket; making a flat patch pocket

Cancellation Policy : Any cancellations or changes to your registration must be done at least 72 hours prior to the class start date in order to be issued a class credit. Cancellations that are made less than 72 hours before the class start date and students who do not show up to class will forfeit their registration payment. No refunds will be given. By continuing with class registration, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
