Beginner Series :: Part One :: Machine Primer

Let’s start at the very beginning – a very good place to start. This class includes 90 minutes of instruction to get you started on your sewing journey, and 30 minutes of assisted shopping time to select supplies for Beginner Series :: Part Two :: The Stitch Tote.

Pre-requisite: none
Materials needed: all supplies included with registration
Project: pin cushion
Skills learned: the anatomy of a sewing machine; how to thread a machine; most common stitches and machine functions; and troubleshooting steps
Our Beginner Series :: Part Two :: The Stitch Tote is recommended for your next class

You may take this class as a stand-alone, or as part of our three part Beginner Series. You do not need to take all three classes back-to-back, but you do need to take them in the correct order!

Classes are for adults 18+

Cancellation Policy : Any cancellations or changes to your registration must be done at least 72 hours prior to the class start date in order to be issued a class credit. Cancellations that are made less than 72 hours before the class start date and students who do not show up to class will forfeit their registration payment. No refunds will be given. By continuing with class registration, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
